If our work lets you down, we come back and put it right.
Every job we finish carries a written guarantee on the workmanship for 12 months from the day it is completed. If something we painted fails because of the way we prepared it or applied it, we return and repair it properly at no cost to you. That means our labour, our materials, our dust sheets and however long it takes.

How is a project priced?
We inspect the substrate, access, protection, preparation, products and sequence before providing a written quotation specific to your property. Room count is useful context, but it does not describe the condition of the surfaces or the work needed beneath the finish.

The sequence and working areas are agreed before work begins. Routes and adjoining areas are protected, dust and debris are controlled as the work allows, and working areas are reset at the end of each day.

We agree what should be removed, what can be repositioned and what will be protected in place. The written scope records any access or furniture requirements that need action before the start date.
Read the protection commitmentIs a deposit required?
Any deposit and payment schedule is set for each project and defined in the written quotation before you decide whether to book. Nothing is assumed during the initial enquiry.
Who supplies and selects the materials?
Aethos specifies and supplies the decorating materials included in the quotation. Products and finishes are selected for the substrate, intended use and agreed appearance, then recorded in writing before work begins.
